Brief work biography:

A graduate food technologist, with over 20 years of experience in the production of milling and bakery products, in positions ranging from shift technologist to manager and director. Engaged with standards since 2000 through the implementation and certification of HACCP and ISO 9001 in the organization Beogradska Pekarska Industrija. Qualified to provide implementation services and training for multiple systems and standards, with a specialty in food safety standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC, IFS, and others.
