Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST)

The Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST) is Slovenia’s national standards organization, responsible for developing and promoting standards to ensure quality, safety, and interoperability across various sectors. Established in 2001, SIST operates under the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. Its mission includes formulating national standards, coordinating with international bodies, and fostering the adoption of best practices to support industry, public welfare, and environmental sustainability in Slovenia.

SIST collaborates closely with national and international organizations to align Slovenian standards with global best practices.
