Ethiopian Standards Institute (IES)

The Ethiopian Standards Institute (IES) (former Ethiopian Standards Agency - ESA) is Ethiopia’s national standards organization, responsible for developing and promoting standards to ensure quality, safety, and interoperability across various sectors. Established in 1971, IES operates under the Ministry of Industry.
