The Check sheet is used when it is necessary to collect errors or certain occurrences in a simple and clear manner.

This method displays all types of errors and their frequency in table form, as the tabular format is suitable for further analysis. From the tables, it is possible to establish trends, based on which further exploitation of results and concrete corrective measures can be undertaken.
