INTERCERT dooel is a certification body that conducts certification according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 50001, HACCP, etc.

INTERCERT dooel is a certification body accredited by the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia (www.iarm.gov.mk) for certification of quality management systems, environmental management, and health and safety at work (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).

INTERCERT is the first Macedonian certification body authorized to use the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) logo on its certificates, demonstrating compliance with high international standards for accreditation of certification bodies.

INTERCERT offers independent, objective, and professional inspections and certification by competent employees. Inspections, surveillance, and (re)certification, i.e., assessment of management systems by INTERCERT, are conducted by a team of specialized, competent, and highly educated authorized auditors. The lead auditors who lead the team are members of the Technical Committee of the Institute for Standardization of the Republic of North Macedonia (ISRM) and the Certification Bodies Commission within the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia (IASRM).

Key personnel (consultants/auditors):

1. Vasko Temelkoski

Vasko Temelkoski is the General Manager of Intercert. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in the quality management industry as an auditor for quality management systems (ISO 9001), environmental management systems (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety management systems (OH&SMS), IT and service management systems (ISO 27001, 27701, 2000-1, 22301), and anti-bribery management systems (ISO 37001).

In 2016, he founded Intercert, one of the first accredited certification bodies by the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia for:

ISO 9001:2015,
ISO 14001:2015, and
ISO 45001:2018 standards.

As such, all Intercert-accredited certificates bear the IAF (International Accreditation Forum) logo and are internationally recognized.

His previous experience includes working for several major consulting companies in the United States, including Price Waterhouse Coopers, Mellon Financial Corporation, Mellon HR and Investment Solutions, and Affiliated Computer Services.

In 2018, he obtained an MBA degree from the prestigious University of Sheffield, UK, in general management.

He is currently the president of the Technical Committee for Certification Bodies at the Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia and a member of the technical committee for quality management standards and tourist standards at the Institute for Standardization of the Republic of North Macedonia.

2. Violeta Ristova

Violeta Ristova is an auditor for quality management systems, environmental management, and health and safety at work.

She holds a master's degree in technical sciences in management and quality control from the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Skopje, with a master's thesis on "Specificities of conducting external audits of integrated management systems." Her previous education is also in the field of mechanical engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Skopje, specializing in mechatronics.

3. Julijana Lazarova

Julijana Lazarova is a metallurgical engineer with over 20 years of experience in management system areas. She began her career at Intercert in 2016 as a quality manager.

After organizing training for quality management systems, environmental management, and occupational health and safety at work, Julijana became a QMS, EMS, and OH&SMS auditor. She has extensive experience in auditing various scopes for different standards.
