Consulting Agency "Q-System," based in Kragujevac, was established in 2005 with a mission to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations' operations in the region (former Yugoslavia), across all sectors of the economy, by providing them with the latest knowledge, methods, and techniques in the field of management systems.

In addition to consulting services and training related to the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000 standards, we conduct internal audits and audits of their suppliers (including VDA 6.3 audits) for the needs of our clients.

 

Activities

• Quality, according to ISO 9001 standard
• Quality in the automotive industry, according to ISO/TS 16949 standard
• Environmental protection, according to ISO 14001 standard
• Health and safety of employees, according to BSI/OHSAS 18001 standard
• Food safety, according to Codex Alimentarius requirements (HACCP), ISO 22000, BRC, IFS

In addition to consulting services and training, for the needs of our clients, we conduct internal audits and audits of their suppliers (including VDA 6.3 audits).

As an additional, compatible service, Q-System offers software support for management systems.

With continuous monitoring of developments in the field of management systems and attending relevant training courses, the experience gained by our associates through audits worldwide - having the opportunity to see different approaches in implementation - represents a significant factor in achieving our mission.
