TÜV Rheinland InterCert d.o.o. as a member of the group, has been operating since 2006.

TÜV Rheinland InterCert d.o.o. has developed its activities in six main business directions:

1. Management system certification

Management system certification services, which TÜV Rheinland InterCert d.o.o. provides include but are not limited to the following:

• Certification of the quality management system, according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard,
• Environmental protection management system certification, according to the requirements of the ISO 14001:2004 standard,
• Food safety management system certification, according to the requirements of ISO 22000:2005,

2. Certification in the automotive and rail industry

For manufacturers of parts and components of vehicles and complete vehicles, as well as after overhaul, confirmation of their compliance with regulations and standards is of key importance. In order for the manufacturer or importer of vehicles or vehicle parts and equipment to be able to place the product on the market of a country where specific or international regulations apply, it is necessary to carry out the testing and/or certification procedure for that product.

TÜV Rheinland Group owns internationally recognized, authorized laboratories that have appropriate equipment and trained professional staff so that they can carry out, often very complex, tests that are provided for by EU directives, ECE regulations, TSI requirements, etc.

Car industry

• Homologation of vehicles, components and parts that are installed in "E sign" vehicles (Glass, lighting devices, brakes, seat belts, tires, etc.)
• Homologation of electronic and electrical devices and parts that are installed in "E sign" vehicles (Audio systems, GPS navigation, GPS tracking systems, car computers, alarms, etc.)
• Testing of components and parts that are installed in vehicles (pneumatics, brake system parts, steering system parts, etc.)
• "TEMPO 100" inspection and supervision in order to obtain a license for buses moving at speeds up to 100 km/h.
• Certificates of vehicle homologation during registration or importation.
• ISO/TS 16949 system certification of manufacturers in the automotive industry.

Railway industry

• TSI certification of components and vehicles (brake systems, wagons, locomotives, undercarriage, etc.)
• IRIS system certification of manufacturers in components, parts and vehicles for the needs of railways
• Examination of components and parts that are installed in vehicles (engines, brake parts, etc.)

3. Technical certification services in the process industry

Energetics

• Support in all fields related to the construction and operation of energy plants.

Boilers

• Supervision of boilers from production, through use to the provision of expert reports in case of damage, if such a thing is necessary.

Pressure vessels and material technology

• Only constant supervision can guarantee the safe operation of pressure vessels. TÜV Rheinland experts have provided the most modern methods of computer calculations.

Pipelines

• State-of-the-art computer methods, for example, for static calculations when testing industrial pipelines. Regular examination of pipes is necessary to avoid accidents.

4. Product certification

• Issuance of certificates in the sphere of mandatory and non-mandatory certification, as well as the right to use the mark of conformity.
• Certification of products in accordance with the requirements of European directives and standards, national and international norms, regulations and outside EU countries and providing the right to use the mark of conformity.

5. Expert certification

Our Organization carries out the certification of experts in the following professional fields:

• $1 Rating and certification of welders of steel and aluminum structures,
• $1 Rating and Certification of Power Machine Operators,
• $1· Non-destructive material tester certification, etc.

Qualified and certified experts are a basic requirement for meeting the requirements for products and drive devices according to the European Union directive (eg 97/23/EC) or other regulations.

6. Training and education

Training programs, which TÜV Rheinland InterCert d.o.o. organizes, including but not limited to the following:

• IRCA training for external auditors according to ISO 9001 requirements
• IRCA training for external auditors according to ISO 14001 requirements
• IRCA training for external auditors according to OHSAS 18001 requirements

The condition for joining these trainings is a good knowledge of the requirements of the standards and experience in working in quality systems.
