AS9100 Internal Auditor Course (12 hours)

This class is designed for any type of company interested in learning more about the aerospace quality management system standard, AS9100. This course is suitable for manufacturers within the aviation, space, and defense industries.

In this class you will learn:

• The origin of AS9100: where the standard came from, and where it’s headed in the future.
• The requirements of As9100: a detailed, clause-by-clause walkthrough of the entire standard. This includes all the text of ISO 9001 as well as the add-on AS9100 language.
• Additional aerospace requirements: FOD, Counterfeit Part Control, and more.
• Auditing practices, including process-based internal auditing: how to conduct internal audits that identify nonconformities and improvement opportunities
• Capturing evidence: how to write evidence and complete internal audit reports that are beyond dispute
• Recording nonconformities: how to write solid, bulletproof nonconformities and opportunities for improvement that improve processes and products.

This course is fully compliant with the requirements of internal auditing per AS9100 Rev. D.
