The Institute for Accreditation of the Republic of North Macedonia (Институт за акредитација на Република Северна Македонија - IARNM) is the national body responsible for accrediting conformity assessment bodies in North Macedonia. Established in 2003, IARNM ensures high standards in accreditation, providing confidence in testing, calibration, inspection, and certification bodies across the country. Its services benefit conformity assessment bodies, consumers, industry, and governmental bodies through efficient, transparent, and accessible accreditation aligned with European Union and international standards.

Internationally, IARNM is a member of key organizations, including the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). Regionally, it collaborates with neighboring accreditation bodies to strengthen ties and harmonize standards across the region.
